Room and Lodging Information

YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch Lodge rates include room and meals from dinner Sunday, August 3, through lunch Thursday, August 7. Rates are per person based on the number of adults sharing a room. Children/youth ages 6-12 sharing a room with their parents will be charged for meals only. No charge for children under 6 years old.

Applicable sales tax (approx. 5.7%) will be added to YMCA charges. Check-in 4:00 p.m.; check-out 10:00 a.m. 35% deposit required when making reservation. 25% of the initial deposit becomes nonrefundable once the lodging reservation is made. Total YMCA deposit nonrefundable if reservation canceled on or after July 3, 2008. Balance of room/lodging charges are due at retreat payable to the YMCA.

YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch Camping/RV rates include property access only. YMCA Off-Site Camping and Lodging requires a $10 YMCA per day per adult Activity Fee (children under 12 no Activity Fee). For meals, Sunday to Thursday full meal plan may be purchased (Adult $108; Youth $68), cash per meal may be purchased (advance notice preferred), or meals may be self-prepared. RV sites can include a mix of sewer, water, and/or electric hook-ups.

Please Note: For 2008, ALL YMCA room and lodging registrations will be done directly through the YMCA website at www.ymcarockies.org. The only rooms presently available are Aspenbrook Lodge and Silver Sage Lodge, so when you book your YMCA room please choose one of these room types.

To register with YMCA for lodging:
• go to www.ymcarockies.org
• click on “Make Reservations/Groups, Conferences, Retreats and Family Reunions”
• click on “Group Reservations for Snow Mountain Ranch”
• select “Group or Family Reunions” and click “Continue”
• enter Group Number 93182S and Password 3953

You will then be prompted to fill in your choices and all necessary information. Should you have any problems with your registration or questions about the YMCA property or programs, please call 1-800-777-9622. For those not able to register for lodging on-line, please call Joan Skulley at the Renovaré office (303-792-0152, x 105) Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday between the hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. MST and she will be happy to assist you with your lodging registration.

Confirmation Packet Contents

Beginning March 2008 registrants will receive a confirmation packet containing:

• Hints for managing a few days at 8,750 feet, Snow Mountain Ranch altitude, and thoughts on special items to bring.

• Driving maps to Snow Mountain Ranch.

• Airport shuttle information from Denver International Airport to Snow Mountain Ranch.

• Children/youth program options and preregistration materials.
