Meeting Space and Accommodations
The Municipal Auditorium will serve as meeting space for the event and the Hyatt Regency River Walk Hotel as meeting space and the official Conference hotel. Meals and Refreshments
The Hyatt Regency River Walk Hotel features concessionaires, one restaurant, and well-known Jim Cullum's Landing Jazz Club, host of the Public Radio International show "Riverwalk Jazz"; at least one is open during all meals and into the evening. Plus, dozens of great eateries are located just outside the doors of the Hyatt Regency along San Antonio's fantastic River Walk—a one-of-a-kind experience here in the United States. All told, with lots of restaurants and shops at street-level, downtown San Antonio is one of the best conference locations in the United States. No meals or refreshments are included with the basic conference registration. Supper on Sunday, June 21, and lunch on Wednesday, June 24, are included for those that register for participation in a Workshop Track.

Disability Assistance and Child Care
The Hyatt Regency River Walk Hotel and the Municipal Auditorium are fully accessible to people with disabilities. Sorry, child care is not available.

Air Travel Reservations
Frontier Airlines is the official airline for the event, offering a 10% discount off all published fares. You may book online at www.frontierairlines.com (enter "Meeting ID" CBN9VA) or by calling 1-800-432-1359. Or, for a $30 per ticket service fee, you can get the discount by booking your flight with Bonnie Parker of AAA Kansas Travel Agency at 316-722-6226 or . Bonnie will help you find the lowest available fare, be it Frontier or another airline.

Parking
Parking is available at the Hyatt Regency for $23.00 to $27.00 per day, with in/out privileges. Other public access surface lots in the area feature various pricing.

Costs
See the registration page for a cost schedule. A lower Extra Early Registration rate is offered for those who commit by January 15, 2009, to attend the conference. A limited number of scholarships are available on a need basis and there is a special rate for people who are deaf/hard of hearing (see above). For information, call 1-888-792-2009. If you cannot attend the entire Conference, a price of $75.00 per day is available. While registration at the door is acceptable, pre-registration is encouraged.

Registrations will be processed as received; space cannot be reserved until payment is presented. Online registrations will receive instant confirmation via email. Mail-in and fax-in registrations will be confirmed by return mail or email after March 31, 2009. Conference materials will be given to all attendees at the final registration starting at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 21, 2009. A $20 fee applies to all cancellations before June 1, 2009.
