Monthly Donation Enrollment Present and new RENOVARÉ donors making monthly contributions may give automatically. You may establish participation in this monthly donation service by filling out the form below and mailing or faxing it to the RENOVARÉ office. Or sign-up online at www.renovare.org/rd.htm. Monthly donations can be made using a checking account or debit or credit card. Checking and debit/credit card monthly statements will show a withdrawal/payment to RENOVARÉ for the amount specified. Credit card donor payments count toward applicable card bonuses (frequent flyer miles, cash back, etc.). $5.00 per month is the minimum donation amount. Each one-time donation of $10.00 or more will be receipted. If you do not receive or misplace a donation receipt a cancelled check or bank or credit card statement is sufficient for tax purposes for each donation of $250.00 or less.
